Brewing Experience

Jeremiah has been brewing beer since 2012. His first batch (a failed brown ale brewed with a turkey fryer) introduced him to the world of homebrew. Despite a series of infected, flat, or exploding brews, he still loved brewing beer and was determined to get it right.

He has persisted in brewing, continuously upgrading his equipment and methods. Since 2012, he has brewed a variety of styles, ranging from pale ales to stouts, sours or bitters, and the many types of beer in between.

More about the family

Jeremiah and I (his wife, Phylicia, Hi!) grew up in Minnesota. You’ll see me from time to time at the brewing classes and the taproom. I love beer!

We moved to Anchorage at the end of the summer in 2014. Since then, we’ve grown to love Alaska.
